Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately.
• Communicate results to clients as needed.
• Maintain and update customer profiles and account information.
• Onboard new clients into internal systems, including LIMS.
• Escalate complex issues to the team lead when appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across interactions and data handling.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services to existing customers.
• Support data quality practices across department systems.
