Core Linen Services in the United States seeks a Client Success Manager - Healthcare to serve as the main liaison for hospital clients, ensuring linen programs are delivered, optimized, and aligned with infection control standards. You will educate, train, and troubleshoot to support hospitals nationwide.

This full-time role emphasizes relationship building, program stewardship, inventory controls, and collaboration with management to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and collaborate with hospital partners.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring linen management programs are delivered and optimized.
• Educate and train clients on best practices and troubleshoot issues related to linen services.
• Collaborate with management to address client needs and maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory controls, monitor par levels, and support cost-management initiatives.
• Coordinate Linen Committee meetings and apply QA programs with infection control in mind.
