The role requires strong communication, inventory management, data entry into core systems, and willingness to travel within the territory. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Industry experience or prior customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories and par levels within assigned accounts.
• Notify customer and plant of overages or discrepancies.
• Drive to retrieve at least 1,500 pounds of linen per quarter.
• Conduct client visits and audits.
• Enter data into ABS, Linen Master, Salesforce, OneDrive.
• Assist in client education and cost/utilization savings.
• Respond to client issues promptly and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with Plant Management for communications.
