Job summary

Medscape, a division of WebMD, seeks an experienced client services professional to join our Client Success team and lead day-to-day account management. You will build strong client relationships, ensure timely delivery of Medscape solutions, and partner with Sales to meet client objectives.

In this role, you’ll coordinate with multiple departments, communicate clearly, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. Travel to client locations may be required to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• 3–4 years of experience across digital, agency and healthcare.
• 1–2 years in Account Management or Client Service.

• Foster and nurture strong client relationships
• Support overall client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Medscape solutions
• Partner with Sales to meet client objectives and drive internal goals
• Manage day-to-day partnership and collaboration with all departments
• Maintain clear, consistent client communications and deliver status materials
• Deepen understanding of Medscape processes and products to boost efficiency
• Demonstrate understanding of revenue delivery and support team goals
• Travel to client locations as needed to strengthen relationships
