SPS Health in Mendota Heights, MN seeks an Client Services Account Representative to be the primary contact for assigned client accounts, coordinating requests, resolving issues, and conducting quarterly business reviews in a healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, and logistics setting.

You will build trusted client relationships, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other tools, monitor service trends, and communicate proactively with clients and internal teams while ensuring HIPAA/privacy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or account management roles.
• Preferable experience with Salesforce or Monday.com and KPI reporting.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across accounts, coordinating follow-up and ensuring client needs are addressed accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts through proactive, clear communication about service updates and reporting insights.
• Manage and track open client requests, issues, escalations, and action items through resolution with internal teams.
• Plan and run recurring client meetings and quarterly business reviews, including agenda development and post-meeting follow-up.
• Monitor client performance indicators, service trends, and metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation, or expansion activities and maintain accurate client records in designated systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/privacy expectations and PHI handling in client communications.
