Job summary

SPS Health is seeking a Client Services Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, coordinating requests, issue resolution, and quarterly reviews within a healthcare/logistics environment.

You will build trusted client relationships, monitor service trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery. This hybrid role is based in Mendota Heights, MN, and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or account management.
• Experience with CRM, project management, reporting, and ticket-tracking.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across accounts, coordinating follow-up and addressing client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through clear, proactive communication.
• Manage and track open client requests and escalations to resolution.
• Project manage recurring client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor performance indicators and service trends to spot risks and improvements.
• Proactively manage client engagement with regular updates to prevent service issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and support excellence.
• Support onboarding and expansion activities and inform clients of next steps.
• Maintain accurate client records and meeting materials in designated systems.
• Identify client needs and growth opportunities for leadership review.
• Support service recovery by documenting root causes and actions.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy compliance and confidential handling of PHI.
• Communicate sensitively about patient, pharmacy, and service details.
• Maintain information confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested.
