Job summary

Home Centered Care Institute is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to serve a portfolio of healthcare client partners. You will expand HCCI's impact by identifying opportunities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring exceptional experiences throughout engagements.

The ideal candidate will build credibility, listen to client needs, and drive renewals and expansions while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or client-facing revenue roles.
• Proven success retaining and expanding client accounts.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing a CRM and active pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare organizations.
• Lead new client development and onboarding with a positive start.
• Conduct strategic business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for new clients, renewals, and upsells.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and guide prospects to HCCI solutions.
• Develop a healthy pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional client experiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor aligning client goals with solutions.
• Engage with HCCIntelligence Community to renew value and upsell.
