Job summary

CHG Healthcare seeks a Client Representative to grow our allied healthcare client base through proactive outreach and lead follow-up. You will solicit business, respond to inquiries, and negotiate contracts for temporary assignments.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with data entry in FOX and collaboration with Recruiters and Provider Reps to meet client needs and production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services.
• Ability to influence mid to high level decision makers for contracting of professional business services.
• Capable of understanding profit margins and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business.
• Responds to client inquiries regarding allied services.
• Maintains and updates client database and job profiles.
• Negotiates contract rates and ensures execution of contracts.
• Facilitates interviews between client and provider.
• Documents all client conversations in FOX system.
• Meets activity and production goals as set by management.
• Communicates client needs to Recruiters and Provider Reps to align solutions.
