Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a growth minded Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operations. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls while delivering high-quality patient and cafe experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of culinary management in contract foodservice, a HACCP knowledge base, and familiarity with P&L accountability; ServSafe certification is a plus. This role emphasizes sustainability and local sourcing.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Three years of culinary management in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• ServSafe certification is a plus
