We are seeking a culinary professional to ensure client and customer satisfaction by providing resources, managing menus, and supporting catering initiatives.

As a Chef, you may help with scheduling, hiring, and developing menus, while working with executives to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of culinary management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Hands-on chef experience required; extensive catering preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline culinary resources and support.
• Assist with food cost control, menu planning, purchasing and quality guidelines.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Assist with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
