Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead culinary operations at a facility. You will supervise and assist in preparation, cooking, and garnishment, while helping develop menus and support ordering processes.

This role offers an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional a strong platform to impact daily dining experiences. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to implement menus, control costs, and execute catering events, with opportunities

Competenze

• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience is preferred.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
