SunState Medical Specialists in Florida seeks a Market Chief Executive Officer (MCEO) to steer a multi-site specialty practice across the state. You will lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, partnering with executive councils and OneOncology to align practice strategy with corporate goals.

You will oversee market P&L, drive expansion initiatives, and build strong physician leadership teams while ensuring high-quality patient care and engagement across sites.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with senior-level P&L accountability.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare organizations and MSO partnerships preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and execute the market's strategic plan aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead MSO integration and physician collaboration to maintain clinical autonomy and alignment.
• Oversee market-level financial management, budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Build and guide high-performing teams across multiple sites and functions.
• Represent the market at executive forums and drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
