• Master's degree is required.

• Strategy & Planning: provide proactive strategic leadership through development of comprehensive region-specific strategies.
• Operations Management: lead BHN operations ensuring plans align with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory & Accreditation: ensure readiness and compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation.
• Leadership: build collaborative relationships to support mission and business goals.
• Financial Management: accountable for fiscal function and performance in assigned areas.
• Human Resources: oversee workforce utilization and change management.
