NYU Langone Health is seeking a Supervisor-Central Distribution to lead inventory control and distribution activities across our central supply function in New York. You will assist the Manager in achieving inventory turn goals, set reorder points, quantities, and ensure timely delivery of medical-surgical supplies to nursing units.

This role also serves as a back-up to the Inventory/Receiving Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a solid background in sterile processing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Healthcare related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive work experience in supply distribution.
• Knowledge of materials management operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Central Distribution activities and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate delivery of medical-surgical supplies to nursing units.
• Improve inventory control with reorder points and quantities.
• Monitor quality and regulatory compliance within the department.
• Develop shift plans and optimize resource utilization.
