Job summary

Exer Urgent Care is seeking a Center Manager I to supervise daily operations, lead a healthcare team and ensure optimal patient flow at a Santa Monica clinic. You will coordinate interviews, training and scheduling, while upholding HIPAA and corporate standards to sustain high service levels.

You will drive staff meetings, budget adherence and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams, while maintaining EMR accuracy and billing integrity in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership role in healthcare or retail environment preferred.
• 1–3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Must be patient-focused with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staffing to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Hire, train and mentor staff; manage monthly clinic schedule.
• Ensure accurate EMR records and timely billing; manage cash deposits.
