Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 3 years healthcare/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow, and adherence to standards.
• Coaches and develops staff; plans schedules and assigns duties.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and credentialing are current.
• Manages billing interactions and financial scorecards to meet goals.
• Drives marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health business.
• Works with Regional Director and corporate functions to resolve issues.
