Job summary

NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Job Developer and Career Coordinator to support adults facing barriers to livable-wage healthcare employment. The role blends employer engagement with career planning and training coordination for New American guests.

You will collaborate with workforce partners, educational institutions, and employers to upskill participants and build a strong hiring pipeline within the New Americans Long-Term Care Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, education, human resources, business, social services, or a related field with 3 years of career and workforce development experience.
• Associate degree in a related field with 5 years of career and workforce development experience.
• High school diploma with 7 years of career and workforce development or human services experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaboration with workforce partners, educational institutions, employers, and case managers.
• Develop hiring pipelines and employer engagement for New Americans in the Long-Term Care Program.
• Coordinate career planning and training for New American guests to upskill or reskill.
