Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to serve as the owner's representative for capital projects in healthcare environments. The role leads multidisciplinary teams and oversees scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder coordination from planning to closeout.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare construction experience, particularly in occupied facilities, with emphasis on patient safety, infection control, and continuity of care. PMP/ CCM/PE/LEED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of project/construction management experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience as owner’s representative or project/program manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative for healthcare capital projects.
• Manage projects from planning through closeout, including budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders including clinical users.
