CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Project Delivery Project Manager to lead capital projects, ensuring design and construction align with standards while meeting schedule and budget targets.

You will be the primary liaison among construction teams, external consultants, and hospital operations, overseeing procurement, submittals, change orders, and detailed financial projections to support informed decisions and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years minimum experience leading project management design and construction projects.
• Experience facilitating project design and construction related meetings and presentations.
• Experience developing conceptual project scope, schedules and budgets.
• Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes.
• Knowledge of project delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build or others.
• Knowledge of approving authorities such as OSHPD/HCAI and similar regulatory agencies.
• Google Office Suite, MS Project, Excel or similar tools.
• BlueBeam, Adobe Pro and/or similar.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Project Oversight: Directing the full project lifecycle, including scope establishment, scheduling, and budget management to ensure core objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact for construction teams, consultants, and facility operations to streamline project workflows.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Monitoring all construction activities to ensure conformance with approved specifications, safety codes, and legal standards.
• Financial & Resource Management: Developing comprehensive project reporting, including budget tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation matrices.
• Contract Negotiation: Managing vendor relationships and participating in business negotiations aligned with corporate policies and project requirements.
• Regulatory Liaison: Maintaining active relationships with federal, state, and local approving authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and inspections.
