CommonSpirit Health is seeking an NRES Project Delivery Project Manager to lead the end-to-end design and construction lifecycle for healthcare capital projects in Utah. You will coordinate between construction teams, facility operations, and leadership to ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Daily responsibilities include developing project scopes, schedules, and financial projections, monitoring site activities for code compliance, and managing risks, change orders, and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading project management design and construction projects.
• Experience facilitating project design and construction meetings.
• Experience developing conceptual scope, schedules and budgets.
• Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes.
• Proven delivery of major healthcare capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and construction process from inception to closeout while meeting scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop scopes, schedules and financial projections; monitor site activities for codes and specs.
• Facilitate clear communication among external consultants, on-site teams, and facility stakeholders.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage change orders to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory authorities.
