Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, is hiring a Call Center Support Operator II to assist inbound and internal callers, transferring to the correct destination and ensuring a high-quality experience.

You will work 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays, using Epic EHR to view patient information and provide appointment details when needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of call center or telephone operator experience OR two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Answer and provide information for inbound and internal callers using directories and transfer to appropriate destinations.
• Handle after-hours patient and emergency internal calls to physicians and codes using prescribed protocols.
• Navigate QGenda on-call system to identify providers and initiate on-call communications.
• Support Main Campus protocols including Shock team and related hotlines.
• Handle calls for multiple hospital sites and provide relay service for hearing impaired callers.
• Answer routine questions about the organization and update databases and phone directories.
