Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Call Center Support Operator II at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights. The role supports inbound and internal callers, routing inquiries, and coordinating provider on-call information across multiple sites.

The position requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and various shift patterns. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and call center or customer service experience, with EMT certification preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of call center or telephone operator experience, or 2 years of customer service experience
• Preferred: Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification
• Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound and internal calls and transfer to appropriate destinations using directories
• Process after-hours patient and internal calls to physicians, medical emergency codes and internal events
• Identify on-call providers via the on-call system and contact them with patient details
• Handle calls for multiple hospital sites including Main Campus and other hospitals
• Provide relay service for those unable to dial or in emergency situations
• Access Epic to view patient information and provide appointment details
• Perform data entry for directories and reference material
• Assist in maintaining business continuity during emergencies
