Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Denver, Colorado seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and coordinate delivery of clinical services with business plans.

The Administrator will supervise department managers, uphold high care quality and customer service, and drive financial productivity while meeting quality metrics and utilization standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in nursing home administration or related field; Master’s preferred; current state license.
• Strong communication to maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and authorities.
• Ability to implement facility and company care philosophy.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Professional appearance and dependability.
• Minimum two years experience in health care field.
• Education level sufficient to meet state requirements; state certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms, reports, etc. including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, replies to patients' council, and others as needed.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice.
