Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Medicare Home Health billing/CMS regulations.
• Understanding CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process Payroll for staff.
• Accounts Payable (vendor invoices).
• Accounts Receivable (billing, follow-up, collections).
• Submit reports and prepare presentations as needed.
• Billing all insurances and follow-up on claim status and rejections.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and preauthorization requirements.
• Manage billing reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Transfer OASIS data to the State timely and accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
