Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX seeks a Manager of Business Development to create and grow programs and projects. This role partners with Senior Management, Department Directors, and Physicians to develop business cases and drive strategic initiatives.

The position is based in Temple with weekly travel to the Waco facility, mileage reimbursement provided. You will help develop plans, manage progress, and promote awareness of hospital programs and services.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Work with Planning and Marketing Development on new programs and services.
• Develop a focused, effective plan that promotes the hospital's strategic plan.
• Help Senior Management implement strategies for new business development and joint ventures.
• Coordinate data collection, compilation, and examination to support management outcomes.
• Gather and measure benchmarking data to evaluate effectiveness of current or future services.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
