Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic HR services as HR business partner for an assigned area of BSWH.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with business and clinical partners to forecast human capital needs.
• Meets with managers to address challenges and develop HR strategies.
• Advises managers on performance standards, engagement, and retention.
• Develops partnerships across HR functions and accelerates organizational change.
• Coaches leadership to improve HR competencies and effectiveness.
• Translates business plans into HR programs and actions.
