Capitol Home Health is seeking a Business Development Liaison to grow and maintain a pipeline of patient referrals in the Temple/Waco area. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, promoting CHH across the Central Texas community to boost patient census.

This role requires field-based travel, strong communication, and a dedication to quality patient care.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in business development/marketing in healthcare.
• Market and deal tactfully with physicians, case managers and health care professionals.
• Utilize local and corporate resources to execute responsibilities.
• Access to reliable transportation; 95% field-based work.

Mansioni

• Develop new referral sources and maintain relationships.
• Promote Capitol Home Health throughout the healthcare community.
• Grow and maintain pipeline to increase agency census.
• Cover Temple/Waco territory.
