Job summary

Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) seeks a results-driven health care sales professional to grow GBMC's end-of-life services referrals. You will develop account plans, visit hospitals and care communities, and promote GBMC's referral relationships with key clinicians.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Access Department, delivering professional presentations, collecting customer insights, and advancing marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years experience in healthcare with marketing, customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of planning principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of health care delivery systems.
• Marketing and public relations analysis.
• Organizational and quantitative analysis methods.
• Advanced oral and written communication.
• Ability to build, promote and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to present before small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Prepares an individual sales plan based on GBMC's strategic goals and budget.
• Conducts regular visits to targeted accounts to increase knowledge and promote GBMC's services.
• Coordinating with the Access Department to expedite referrals.
• Identifies strategic partnership opportunities and conducts customer needs assessments.
• Maintains CRM data and logs all calls within 24 hours of visits.
• Develops marketing materials and programs to promote GBMC services.
• Participates in referral satisfaction surveys and builds yearly sales plans.
• Introduces key personnel to users and influencers of the service.
