Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops an individual sales plan aligned with the strategic goals defined in the Gilchrist annual plan and budget.
• Conducts regular visits to targeted accounts to promote end-of-life services and strengthen referral relationships.
• Expedites referrals with the Access Department to improve turnaround times.
• Maintains account and contact information in the CRM within 24 hours of visits.
• Promotes Gilchrist services and develops marketing materials and programs.
• Participates in annual referral satisfaction surveys to inform the sales plan for growth.
