Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance, communicates with carriers for reimbursement.
• Performs daily and monthly close out procedures for controls and cash balancing.
• Maintains knowledge of co-pays, deductibles, and workers' compensation protocols.
• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Handles data input and ensures confidentiality of records.
• Answers phones and directs messages to maintain workflow.
• Coordinates data input and assists with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.
• Completes assigned goals.
