Job summary

Sprinter Health in Menlo Park is seeking a data operations specialist to translate patient engagement data into structured, auditable billing outputs. You will ingest data from internal and external sources, apply codified billing logic, and generate partner-ready files within the Finance team.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product to improve upstream inputs and scalable processes, write SQL and Python scripts to automate tasks, and ensure billing runs are reliable as the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or financial systems
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and ability to manage complex logic in Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable writing or modifying Python scripts for data cleanup and file generation
• Technically curious with a structured, systems-first approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient engagement data across internal and external clinical sources on a monthly basis
• Codify billing logic in SQL (BigQuery) and develop transformation workflows that are auditable and scalable
• Use Python or Google Sheets scripting to clean inputs and automate recurring tasks
• Generate structured, version-controlled invoice files that are partner-trusted and accurate
• Identify data mismatches, gaps, or edge cases and implement long-term fixes
• Document workflows to ensure clarity, continuity, and cross-team alignment
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Product to improve upstream inputs and process design
