Job summary

BRSi, LP is seeking a Technical Analyst to leverage Microsoft SQL expertise for developing and maintaining Healthcare IT applications. You will analyze healthcare data to improve billing processes and workflows, and troubleshoot backend processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with MSSQL databases including query optimization and report creation.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organization and communication skills.
Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and document in-house IT business applications using Microsoft SQL (2008+).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
Use SQL to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Develop internal and external reports using MSSQL.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing and document findings.
Implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
Multi-task deliverables across teams and ensure deadlines are met.
