Formación

• 4+ years in a strategy, product, or operations role at a tech company.
• Fluency in medical billing components: CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, and related policies.
• Experience turning casework into scalable product or process changes.
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience training or leading a team of billers or advocates.

Responsabilidades

• Review uploaded bills weekly to determine lowerability, methods, and data needed for decision-making.
• Identify patterns across many cases and translate them into strategy, processes, and product inputs.
• Serve as escalation point for high-complexity and VIP cases.
• Partner with Product to shape AI bill analyzer capabilities and automation.
• Collaborate on playbooks, training, and onboarding to scale quality across the HA team.
• Publish weekly reports highlighting opportunities for the HA team.
• Translate user pain points into roadmap inputs for the product.
