Judi Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Client Financial Operations, focusing on invoicing for non-core programs like EGWP. You will develop invoicing processes, analyze data, and work with technology on contract-driven requirements.

You will leverage strong Excel and SQL skills to drive accuracy, automation, and governance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. This hybrid role operates in NYC, Denver, or Charlotte.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of related experience in finance, data analysis, or accounting.
• Experience specific to EGWP Premium invoicing.
• Strong Excel and SQL Skills.
• Ability to automate and redesign processes.
• Motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own and oversee billing operations for non-core programs, including EGWP, by interpreting contracts, client requirements, service volumes, and fee structures.
• Evaluate incomplete or unusual billing information; propose solutions within authority.
• Interpret contract terms to identify billable items and advise on implications.
• Design and refine invoicing processes and controls; coordinate with technology when needed.
• Analyze data across financial and operational systems to assess billing accuracy and risk.
• Direct invoice preparation, reconciliation, and issuance per contracts.
• Lead reconciliations across ERP and related platforms; coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Use Excel, SQL, or other tools to automate and improve processes for accuracy and governance.
• Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures; implement improvements across areas.
• Lead audit and compliance support for assigned programs.
