Job summary

SonderMind in the United States is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to deliver a high-quality phone experience for clients and providers. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, research billing and claims issues in real time, and resolve inquiries with accuracy and care in a structured, metric-driven environment.

The role focuses on healthcare billing, supports multi-platform workflows (Salesforce, TalkDesk, and internal tools), and offers a generous benefits package and a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• 0 to 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a metric-driven environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms while on a live call.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.
• Availability to work shifts Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm MST.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to billing, insurance, and account inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic and professional support on every interaction.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and insurance claim issues in real time.
• Navigate Salesforce, TalkDesk, and internal systems to resolve inquiries.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with billing and customer success teams on escalated issues.
