Mindlance is seeking a healthcare billing representative in Portsmouth, NH to handle inbound calls from patients, doctors and insurers, address billing questions, and collect balances. You will process patient correspondence and support updates to claims/denials while offering payment options.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy in payment entry, and collaboration with the billing team to ensure timely account resolution for our clients and patients.

Job Description

Position will require candidates to answer inbound calls, resolving billing issues, collecting outstanding balances, and processing patient correspondence. Calls will be coming from patients, doctors, and insurance companies to answer questions and resolve billing issues & inquiries. Will be collecting electronic payments, updating claims/denials, updating insurance info, discussing outstanding balances and offering payment options/plans.
