Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity.
• 3 years experience in billing operations and collections.
• 3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing.
• 3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC.
• 3 years experience in Customer Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing Customer Service and Self Pay collections.
• Provide training, support, and oversight to enable a high level of customer satisfaction and collect patient accounts receivable in a timely manner, in compliance with all regulatory and intermediary requirements.
