Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing.
• Healthcare or behavioral health billing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of claims, denials, reimbursement, and payer processes.
• Experience with third-party billing companies and billing systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
