Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a leader to oversee Customer Service and Self Pay collections, driving training, support, and oversight to ensure excellent patient experience while collecting accounts receivable in a compliant, timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of supervisory experience in billing operations, healthcare receivables and EPIC, with 3+ years in insurance claims processing and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity required.
• 3 Years Experience In Billing Operations And Collections required.
• 3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing required.
• 3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC required.
• 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Management required.
