Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service and Self Pay Collections leader to oversee the patient account receivables function. You will provide training, support, and oversight to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely collections in a compliant manner.

Ideal candidates have extensive supervisory experience in billing operations and healthcare receivables, with familiarity in EPIC and computerized billing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity.
• 3 years experience in billing operations and collections.
• 3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing.
• 3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC.
• 3 years experience in Customer Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service and Self Pay collections.
• Provide training, support, and oversight to enable a high level of customer satisfaction and collect patient accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and intermediary requirements.
