RWJBarnabas Health in Oceanport, NJ seeks an Application Analyst II to design, build, test, implement, and maintain healthcare applications. The role collaborates with Operations, Informatics, training partners, and other analysts to ensure system functionality supports clinical workflows.

It requires the ability to manage build and support tasks with moderate supervision, and to assist Level 1 analysts while upholding governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
• Applicable application certification, either currently held or obtained as required for the assigned application.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain assigned application functionality.
• Troubleshoot customer, workflow, system issues and provide solutions.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Informatics, training teams, and application peers to align with needs.
• Manage support tickets from initial research through resolution, documenting outcomes.
• Provide on-call support and follow governance processes.
