Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison between vendors and Selection Committees and manage bid processes.
• Lead public procurement activities: bid openings, pre-bid conferences, site visits, sourcing meetings.
• Provide reporting, bid status updates, and support for executive reviews and protest handling.
• Prepare Selection Committee materials and guide on procurement procedures.
• Ensure bid specs and requirements reflect organizational needs and compliance.
