Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to liaison with vendors and the Legal Department during contract approvals and to maintain the contract management database for Finance support.

You will assist in negotiations and vendor sourcing, ensuring agreements are current, activated and easily retrievable. Strong Excel, analytics, and communications skills are essential in this role.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• One year experience in contracting or related field.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills.
• Independent thinker; able to work in a team setting.
• Minimal travel to conferences and within MHS Facilities.

Aufgaben

• Assists with vendor credentialing process.
• Supports Sourcing Manager on contract monitoring, analytics, and execution.
• Maintains the contract management database and generates reports.
• Identifies and recommends contracting process improvements to standardize performance indicators, promote risk mitigation, and improve cost containment.
• Drafts and reviews contracts and contract templates.
• Works collaboratively with internal customers and vendors/suppliers to support contract negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts.
