Terros Health seeks a Senior Data Engineer to join the Business Intelligence team in Phoenix. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and enterprise data warehouses to support clinical, operational, and strategic initiatives.

You will implement data models, enforce data quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare data standards while collaborating with analysts, clinical leaders, and IT. Mentorship and governance will be part of your remit.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data pipelines for enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data models.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise data warehouses for analytics and operations.
• Implement data models and enforce data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of best practices.
