Vernon Health in Viroqua, WI seeks a BI Developer to transform clinical, operational, and financial data into insights guiding strategic decisions. Join our Revenue Cycle Team to build ETL pipelines, model data, and deliver dashboards while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL, data visualization experience with Tableau/Power BI, and Epic Cogito certification preferred or attainable within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/data analytics or related field preferred.
• Epic Cogito Certification strongly preferred or obtainable within 3 months.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong database design skills.
• 3+ years healthcare analytics experience with EHR data and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate data from EHR and financial systems.
• Design optimized data models; deliver dashboards, reports, and BI solutions.
• Clean, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to support operational, clinical, and financial decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance; support data quality efforts.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders; mentor staff on analytics tools.
