Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System seeks a Business Intelligence Developer who designs, develops and implements analytics tools and data solutions. This role interfaces with clinical, financial and operational leaders to design reports and dashboards for business use.

The BI Developer should have experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms (Azure/Snowflake/Power BI/Tableau). Epic certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/MIS or related field plus 2 years in BI/analytics or related roles.
• Minimum 4 years experience in BI, data analysis, or data engineering roles.
• Experience with BI tools (Microsoft BI stack, Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO, SAS, Crystal Reports).
• Experience writing SQL and multidimensional queries; data warehousing design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics tools and data solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics reflecting business workflows.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain existing BI solutions.
