Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a BI Developer to translate clinical and business reporting needs into accurate analytics. You will design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and enterprise analytics platforms, while managing multiple projects and contributing to training in a healthcare setting.

The role requires Florida residency or relocation, Epic reporting tool experience, and strong SQL/Tableau skills to drive healthcare analytics and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Epic Reporting tools experience.
• Florida Resident or willing to relocate to Florida.
• Epic Cogito and Clarity certifications preferred.
• Experience with Tableau and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Meets with report consumers to understand reporting needs and translates into accurate reports.
• Develops and maintains dashboards using Epic reporting tools and Tableau.
• Supports upgrades and testing with vendor input.
• Manages multiple projects alongside day-to-day work.
• Collaborates with clinical and business stakeholders for data needs.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and data storytelling.
