Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BI/Data Analyst to analyze complex BI data, build reports, dashboards and extracts, and support the Data Warehouse/BI development lifecycle. You will work with Epic Clarity data models and other systems to deliver actionable insights for contracting and operations.

The role requires 4+ years of healthcare data experience, strong SQL, and proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare analytics and Epic Clarity experience preferred.
• Develop reports/dashboards using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates SQL stored procedures, views and functions with efficient code.
• Loads data into Data Warehouse from multiple sources into Data Marts.
• Delivers high-quality data and BI solutions with minimal incidents.
• Maintains documentation for data sources/dashboards.
• Performs data analysis and reports trends for decision-makers.
• Communicates dashboard recommendations to users for better data utility.
