Job summary

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is seeking an experienced Epic Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that empower leaders to make informed decisions. You will work with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful insights.

The role requires Epic Cogito experience and a strong background in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise BI platforms, with a focus on improving quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field required.
• Minimum five years of healthcare analytics/BI experience.
• Active Epic certification required and maintained.
• Experience with Epic Cogito reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with SQL queries and data modeling preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with executives and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom operational reports, executive dashboards, and data extractions.
• Collaborate with leaders to collect reporting specifications and map to data models.
• Monitor reporting database capacity, refresh cycles, and data security access.
• Validate data accuracy and output metrics for executives.
• Train end-users on reporting tools and self-service dashboards.
