Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to design, develop, and maintain data analytics and BI solutions that support operational, clinical, and strategic decisions.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and clinical leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights, mentor junior analysts, and drive innovation, scalability, and performance across our analytics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, SQL, and Epic Clarity.
Epic certification in applicable area.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView preferred.
Experience in Health Catalyst or acute care environments valued.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI analytics solutions across operations and clinical areas.
Build dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and QlikView.
Implement data models and processing workflows focused on reliability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into reporting solutions.
Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.
